Yū Studio website privacy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This page describes what the yustudio.app website records about you. It does not cover the apps: each has its own policy (see the Yū Focus policy).

In short: an email address if you sign up to the waitlist yourself, cookie-free traffic statistics, and nothing else.

Who runs the site

The site is published by Frédéric Gross (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: [email protected].

Yū Habits waitlist

If you enter your address in the form on the Yū Habits page, the site records:

  • your email address (lowercased);
  • the language of the page you signed up on (French or English);
  • the date and time of the signup.

These three items are kept in a Cloudflare key-value store (Workers KV) attached to the site, with the address as the key. An address is recorded only once. The site records nothing else in that store and passes the address to no other service.

Purpose: to notify you with a single email when Yū Habits is released. The address is used for nothing else. Basis: your voluntary signup. You can ask at any time for your address to be removed by writing to [email protected].

Retention: until the Yū Habits release email is sent or until you ask for removal, whichever comes first.

The form also contains an invisible field meant to catch bots; its value is never stored.

Traffic statistics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure, in aggregate, page views, countries, device types and where visits come from. This tool uses no cookies, builds no visitor profile and does not follow you from site to site.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies. It only remembers, in your browser’s local storage, the language you picked (FR or EN), so it can open the right version on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to the site.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare technically processes requests, including IP addresses. This processing falls under Cloudflare’s terms; we keep no named record of it.

What the site does not do

  • no advertising and no ad trackers;
  • no font, image or script loaded from a third party, apart from the Cloudflare measurement script above;
  • no account or personal space;
  • no other collection of personal data.

Links to the App Store or to social networks take you to third-party services, which have their own rules.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your address, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the data protection authority in your country (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

If the site ever processes other data (for example for a new feature), this page will be updated before it goes live and the date above will change.
